Do you charge for a quote?
No we do not charge anything for a quote, our quotes are free!
What does getting a quote involve?
An experienced member of the team will come out to your home at a convenient time for you. We will then measure either for replacement windows, doors and conservatory depending on your requirements.
The measurements then come back to our head office where they will be checked over and a quote will be created. This will be posted out to you normally with in 2-3 working days of the measurements being taken.
I have another quote that is cheaper but would prefer to use Swan windows and conservatories; do you offer a price match?
We believe our quotes reflect the quality and standard of our products as well as the fact we are one of the few local companies that manufacture our own products. However we will review your quote on request.
I am happy with your quote and want to proceed, what happens next?
We will place your order and communicate with you to discuss a convenient date for installing your new windows, doors and/ or conservatory. We will advise you of an approximate timescale for completing the installation.
Can I pay by card?
We only accept cheque or cash.
Cash
If you wish to pay by cash please speak to our office who will arrange to either collect it from you or arrange an appointment for you to bring it directly to our office. Please do not post cash to us.
Cheque
Please notify us if you are posting a cheque so we know it is on it is way to us. We are happy to provide a self addressed envelope to you for your convenience. Or as above please speak to our office who can arrange collection or an appointment for you to bring it in to our office.
When does the balance need to be paid?
The balance of your account is due on completion of installation.
Can I buy your products on a supply only basis?
Yes we can supply only should you wish your own builder or trades person to install them for you.
